Our direct focus is to bring about a positive change in your health & lifestyle. When at the wellness fest, you do notice a world of a difference. You do not live or eat like any other day, and you feel that you have entered a realm that you had only dreamt of earlier.

ITINERARY FOR THE GOA WELLNESS FESTIVAL, 2018

We are deeply committed to ensure that the Goa Wellness Festival works positively for you and you find the desired takeaways at a personal level. So we ensure personalized attention for every one of our esteemed guests. You check in on the 23rd of January, and the registration desk opens up at 11 am. After you check into your rooms and freshen up with some light refreshment, there would be an Ayurvedic body type evaluation for you performed by our experts. This would let us know about your unique requirements while the festival lasts. Along with that, a SWELL agenda is prepared for each of the participants.

The coming 5 days is the duration of Goa Wellness Festival, 2018. We’d love to ensure that you find the time to be most productive and even life transforming!

From 5:30 to 6:30 AM, there would be a session highly recommended for every one of you. This would involve meditation, chanting and breathing sessions.

While this soothes the mind and has tremendous benefits on one’s well being, it also makes the environment exceedingly positive.

This acts as a fine warm up for the yoga sessions which are to follow as well.

There would be two timings for morning yoga exercises and therapies, from 6:15 -7:15 am and from 7:30 to 8:30 am

A nutritious and healthful breakfast awaits you post the session. Based on your Vatta-Pitta-Kapa evaluation, a personalized food chart for your stay is prepared. All ingredients are Natural & Organic and are cooked based on a Satvik diet. The menu includes healthy & nourishing dishes.

You’d come to realize that these are some of the most refreshing and energetic mornings you’ve experienced.

You itinerary would include some more sessions for yoga and yoga therapies. There would enrichment sessions, breaks for lunch and refreshments, all based on the best of dishes from Sattvic food, which energize you in an instant.

There’d be time for cultural immersion which would include events such as folk dances in open theatres. An interactive dinner follows before you wind up the day such that you share you experiences and viewpoints, and get the opinions of those most knowledgeable about practices of healthy living. Some of the most well known names from the world of yoga would be at the event. There would be sessions for social interaction before we turn the lights out for the day.
